Update: Interchange Service Outage March 16, 2011 13:45

Although the Interchange service is up and running, approximately half of the Interchange users are experiencing an issue whereby they are unable to mark messages as read, create folders on the server or move mail between folders. The issue is currently under investigation. An update will be posted as soon as more information is available.

Interchange mail service has been restored as of 10:36am. Stability of the service is still a concern but we will continue to monitor the service for further issues.

Finance_Chai Server March 14, 2011 12:00-1600

Any services running on the Finance_Chai server may be slower to respond during the windows of this work. This is due to the hardware rebuilding the raid environment. Once complete the server will function as per normal and the drive redundancy will be restored.
