ServiceNow issue November 28, 2012 15:45 PT

There is currently a widespread issue affecting ServiceNow. Work Notes and Additional Comments are no longer viewable. The issue is known to ServiceNow and is also impacting other user communities outside UBC. It started at around 2pm today.

The issue is currently being investigated by the IBA team and ServiceNow. There is no estimated time of resolution.
