Connect Service Performance issues? May 14, 2012

Connect, the new Online Learning Management System recently went live with a large scale roll-out of Summer 2012 Term courses.

If you are finding that Connect is running slow or is taking a long time to load (i.e. exceeding 1 minute),
please contact the ITSC Help Desk with the following information:

• Name
• Browser/Version
• Computer OS
• Internet Service Provider (i.e. Telus, Shaw, etc.)
• Details of issue: When the service performance issue occurred. For example: after logging in, takes over a minute for the content to load on the home page/dashboard.
