On November 27, 2011 between 06:00 and 11:00, UBC IT will perform system maintenance on UBC FASmail and Unified Messaging servers.
Services will be unavailable as noted below:
FASmail users will experience a 5 minute loss of service during a server reboot. All incoming messages will be queued and delivered when the Exchange service is restored. Anyone using a mobile device or Outlook Web Access to check their FASmail email while it is unavailable will also be impacted until the FASmail service is back online.
While most of this work will not affect the voice mail system, a five minute outage will occur during this change window. During this five minute period, it will not be possible to leave or access voice mail messages.
The Blackberry service will be offline during this outage. All mail sent/received within this period will be delayed.
