Investigating : We are currently experiencing an issue with the UBC Software Portal (Kivuto OnTheHub Webstore). Users may not be able to login after entering CWL credentials and encountering the error: “The system is currently busy and cannot process your request. Please try to refresh the page. If you get the same error please try again later.”
UBC IT technicians are currently investigating the issue.
