We are currently experiencing network problems. Users may be experiencing access problems to the login page (www.elearning.ubc.ca/webct) and https://www.vista.ubc.ca as well as performance problems on the WebCT server.
An alternative for elearning users is to log in via “my.ubc.ca” portal.
