Resolved : The SAmail Preview and Profile issue has been resolved. Users need to clear browser history before logging in to the webmail to resolve the issue.

Identified : There is currently and issue with email previews and the profile missing on the Student and Alumni email service due to certificates.
As a temporary workaround please use “https://webmail.alumni.ubc.ca/” to login to your email for the time being.
