Resolved : A fix has been implemented by UBC IT Technicians and we are monitoring the results. Callers should now be able to get through to agents at the various Service Centres.

Investigating : We are still investigating and working closely with our vendor to resolve the Cisco Contact Centre issues. Callers may have trouble contacting various Service Centres.
We will be performing a restart of services at 11:00am to correct the issue. Contact agents may experience a service interruption as a result.
We will provide an update after 11:30am.
