Investigating : We have received reports of:
– Sporadic application errors when accessing the Canvas Course Media Galleries
– Slow media conversion processing times after the media has been uploaded to “My Media”

These issues have been escalated to the Kaltura Engineers. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update when we have additional information.
