The EduCloud Server Management Portal is now available and the ongoing issues have been resolved.

We continue to work with the vendor on restoring access to the EduCloud Server portal.  We anticipate intermittent access to the portal over the next few hours.  Next update will be at 06:00 am or before if service has been restored.

EduCloud Server Management Portal will be unavailable between 20:30 and 02:00 to resolve the identified performance issues.

Bulletin will be updated as soon as the maintenance task completes.

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with managing EduCloud Server workloads through the Administration Portal.  You may be experiencing slow response time or time outs when attempting to create new virtual machines or manage existing.  We are working with the vendor on a resolution and will update the bulletin as more information becomes available.

Workloads continue to be available for management through regular remote management methods and no services are affected.
