Technicians are working with vendor support to resolve the web access issues. There is currently no estimated time of resolution.

We have confirmed issues with accessing Student & Alumni hosted mailboxes.
Users will see a “Server Error” upon logging in via web browser (webmail.alumni.ubc.ca). ActiveSync connections remain functional.
Technicians are currently investigating.
