Update: February 24, 2020, 13:00 PT

The current ongoing issue launching the SISC has not yet been resolved. However a workaround has been established:

To launch the SISC please follow step 2 “Delete Temporary Files” under Troubleshooting on the SISC launch page and clear the Java cache (temp files, applets, etc), to be able to launch the SISC.

You will encounter a warning on the way through, but by clicking the “Continue” button, the SISC will download and launch.

If you have any further issues please call the IT Service Centre at 604-822-2008.
