RESOLVED: FASmail Outlook Connectivity Issues January 29, 2020 09:00-10:20 PT

Please note the FASmail Outlook connectivity issues have been resolved.  Previously affected users should be able to access Outlook.  If you continue to experience issues, please report the issue to the IT Service Centre.


Please be advised that some users may experience issues connecting to FASmail via Outlook. Technicians are aware of the issue and are investigating. Please try rebooting Outlook or accessing the Outlook Web Application located at https://www.mail.ubc.ca as a workaround.
