RESOLVED: FASmail Mobile Device and Mac Connectivity Issues January 2, 2020, 09:00-11:30 PT

On January 2, 2019 at approximately 09:00 PT, some FASmail users reported issues accessing their email using their mobile devices and Macs. Upon further investigation, it was determined that only a small number of FASmail users were impacted. The issue has since been corrected and was resolved as of 11:30 PT.
