We have resolved the research network drive outage at UBC O and all services are now fully restored. Thank you to our researchers for their patience during this disruption. We anticipate the outage regarding the research network drive to be fully resolved by the end of today, and our Systems team continues to work with the vendor to identify the root cause of this failure. The Systems team has restored access to the UBC O research network drive; however, users may need to re-start their computers to re-establish access to this file share. We continue to monitor the file performance and operations throughout the day as we investigate the root cause of this outage.

The Systems team at UBC Okanagan continue to work through this evening to restore services to the research network drive at the Okanagan campus, exploring several options recommended by the vendor.
