Since the morning of October 2, 2019 , access to the UBC Qualtrics instance has been affected for users that login with a sponsored CWL Guest account. Users possessing a sponsored CWL Guest account are getting an “Access Denied” message when attempting to login to Qualtrics. This issue has not affected UBC employees and actively enrolled students who use the application and these users still have access. Our technical team are currently looking into this but no time of resolution has been determined. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
