This issue has been resolved and the Student Alumni Email Forwarding service has been restored.
We are currently experiencing intermittent delivery issues with email alias redirection to external servers (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) for the following domains:
Emails originating from FASmail or the Student and Alumni Hosted Mailbox service are unaffected. Email aliases which are forwarded to FASmail are also unaffected.
Actions have already been taken to resolve the issue. It is expected that within a few hours (dependent on the external mail server), mail delivery to those external servers will be restored.
