UBC Collaboration Suite (Skype for Business) Conferencing – Intermittent Connectivity Issues March 12 – 15, 2018

Over the past few days (March 12, 2018 – March 15, 2018), there have been a few isolated reports of Skype for Business meeting participants being unable to hear audio or video and in some cases getting disconnected. The issue typically resolves itself after a few minutes. Meeting participants are encouraged to try reconnecting after a few minutes as service may have been restored. The team is currently investigating and is working with Microsoft to isolate and correct the issue.
