Reason: The primary router at the Kamloops Transit Exchange
(KAMTX) has an older software version that is no longer
supported by the vendor. The router software will be
upgraded to a newer release.

Effects: There will be two 5 minute outages during the window
as the routing engines are being upgraded and switched
onto the backup.

Access to the Internet and local peering will be
intermittent during the 5 minute outage.
Connectivity to the research network will be
unaffected during this maintenance window.
