We are currently experiencing an issue with a component of the EduCloud Server service where certain tasks are queued in the background and do not complete. This issue does not affect virtual machine provisioning or management through the EduCloud Server interface, however, the resolution to the underlying problem requires a restart of management services.
We have scheduled a maintenance window for February 28 from 7am – 9am to complete the required work. Virtual machines running on the EduCloud service will remain up and running. Administrators will be able to manage virtual machines via normal management methods like RDP and SSH, but will not be able to manage the workloads through the EduCloud Server administration portal.
