Contact Centre Service Restored July 19, 2015 21:15 PT

The Contact Centre Service issue affecting the following contact centres has been resolved as of July 19, 2015 at 21:15 PT:
• Enrolment Services
• Campus Security
• Arts Advising
• Arts ISIT
• Building Operations
Calls should now be directed to the Contact Centre queues instead of the backup hunt group queues. As a result, Supervisors should now be able to see queue statistics and manage Contact Centre agents. Please ensure that agents are logged in to your Contact Centre phones to receive calls.
If you experience any unusual behaviour related to this or any other voice service, please submit a ticket to the IT Service Centre for further investigation.
