BCNET Client Portal – Network Statistics Issue, November 2, 2014, 22:00 PT

Reason: The scheduled upgrade on Nov 2 of the BCNET wiki has impacted
the display of client network statistics in the Client Portal.

Effects: The ‘Traffic Statistics’ option in the client portal does not display
the traffic graphs and throws a macro error. Technicians are
working to correct this.

Any member requiring detailed traffic graphs can request them
directly from Network Engineering. Please contact noc@bc.net
to request the traffic graph for a specific service and for the past
day, week, or month.
