Due to a technical issue in SIS encountered during a routine annual maintenance work, individual emails have been sent to students from Enrolment Services regarding changes to course registrations for past sessions of 2008. UBC Information Technology has identified the problem and has stopped the process of any further email notifications. If you have received an email from Enrolment Services regarding an incorrect change to your course registration, please disregard. Depending on email server queues you may have received or continue to receive an email date stamped between Oct 22, 2013 05:00 to Oct 25, 2013 end of day.
These emails were sent in error and no changes have been made to any UBC student record, credential, transcripts, grades or fees for the 2008 sessions.
