The CWL Account Management applications (i.e. myAccount, SignUp, CWL Admin) are currently experiencing technical difficulties. However, CWL authentication into integrated UBC applications remains available.
When users try to login, they will see the following message:
An error occurred during authentication: The CWL management service responded with data that could not be interpreted by the CWL client. Please try your query again and if problems persist please contact support.
Technicians are currently working to resolve the issue and there is no time to resolution. Thank you for your patience.
