The Academic Systems Support group will be releasing software upgrades for widespread use on Wednesday May 8, 2013. This upgrade will occur during our regularly scheduled outage at 3am.
These upgrades include:
-student number generation changes to account for “14” numbers already being distributed in the past.
-bug fixes to eligibility roll
-Format change made for HSBC bank file
-bug fixes for long answer fields on online application
-Student- and Admin-facing TimeTables now correctly show sections that occur with different dates within a term. Course Schedule now displays with latest CLF
-ability to zero out balances in bulk in the SISC
-gui edits to the transcript ordering system
-extra check added for degree program when assigning certain awards
