Issues with Interchange incoming E-mail March 09, 2011 19:35

Presently there are some issues with Interchange incoming E-mail messages. Sending of E-mail is working. The e-mail team is looking into the issue and this bulletin will be updated when we have more information.

Interchange e-mail receiving is fully operational as of 10:11 AM. All queued messages are being delivered. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Exchange 2007 is back up as of March 9, 9:57am

Exchange 2007 is back up as of March 9, 9:57am for Exchange users of MBX2. Webmail.exchange.ubc.ca is also accessible. The UBC Exchange Team will continue to investigate into the cause of this outage.

Exchange 2007 is currently unavailable users on mailbox MBX2 March 9, 2011, 8:42am

Exchange 2007 is currently unavailable to users who have a mailbox on MBX2 as of March 9, 8:42am. webmail.exchange.ubc.ca is also inaccessible. The UBC Exchange Team is currently working on the issue. Service disruption affects both on-campus and off-campus Exchange 2007 users.

Interchange/Netinfo is fully operational as of 23:00. The Interchange/Netinfo email restore process completed successfully. All queued messages have been delivered. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The Interchange/Netinfo email restore process is still underway and will continue throughout the evening and overnight. UBC experienced a hardware failure Friday morning which resulted in an outage to a number of UBC systems.
