The CWL Authentication Service maintenance on Saturday, April 30, 2011 was successfully completed. All services are back to normal.

The CWL Authentication Service will be undergoing maintenance on Saturday, April 30, 2011 10:00 – 14:00

The CWL Authentication Service will be undergoing maintenance on Saturday, 30th April 2011, between 10:00 to 14:00. CWL authentications, account sign-up, and account maintenance are expected to available during this maintenance window.

Interchange/Fasmail Mail Delivery Issue Resolved April 3,2011 12:48

Interchange and FASmail outgoing mail delivery has been restored as of 12:48pm. All messages sent during this interval were queued and are in the process of being delivered.

Interchange/Fasmail Mail Delivery Delayed April 3,2011 10:30

Outgoing mail delivery from Interchange and FASmail is currently delayed and that UBC IT is investigating. Incoming mail delivery is not affected.

CWL Web Applications will undergo maintenance on April 2, 2011 10:00 to 14:00

The CWL web application will be undergoing maintenance on Saturday, April 2, 2011, between 10:00 to 14:00. The CWL web applications, impacted by this maintenance window, are: – Customer information site: www.cwl.ubc.ca – myAccount (e.g. password updates): www.cwl.ubc.ca/myAccount – SignUp (create CWL accounts): www.cwl.ubc.ca/SignUp CWL authentication will not be impacted.

Wesbrook Building Network Backbone Upgrade, March 25, 2011 06:00-06:30

End user connectivity on the various networks on the Wesbrook Building LAN (WESB01) will be interrupted for approximately 15 minutes between 6:00-6:30am on Friday, March 25th due to a backbone upgrade from 1gig to 10gig. During this outage all network traffic to/from the building will be interrupted.
