Resolved - The Learning Tools Provisioning Service (LTPS) has caught up on processing course registration changes from Workday Student into Canvas as of 2:30 PM on January 10th, 2025. Please contact the LT Hub should you experience any further issues.

Update - The Learning Tools Provisioning Service (LTPS) has caught up significantly on processing as of the morning of January 10th. All course registration changes in Workday Student made prior to 12:00 AM PT on January 10th have been processed into Canvas. Registration changes made early in the morning of January 10th are currently being processed. Another update will be provided by January 10th, 18:00 PT.

Update - The Learning Tools Provisioning Service (LTPS) continues to catch up on processing course registration events from Workday Student into Canvas. As of Thursday January 9th at 12:00 PM, Course registration changes from prior to 8:15 PM on Tuesday January 7th have now been fully processed. Another update will be provided by Friday, January 10th, 13:00 PT.

Investigating - The LT Hub has received reports that some students are unable to access one or more of their registered courses on Canvas or still have Canvas access to one or more courses that were dropped in Workday Student. LT Hub technicians are aware of an ongoing course-registration event processing issue in the Learning Tools Provisioning Service (LTPS) and are working on resolving access issues. Instructor and TA access provisioning has caught up. Another update will be provided by Thursday, January 9th, 13:00 PT.
