The issue regarding the unpacking error when downloading Sophos has been resolved.

Users may experience an issue with downloading and installing Sophos through the ‘download.ubc.ca’ portal.  The error message is “Unpacking error.  The product did not unpack correctly.  Please download the product again.”   Technicians are investigating.

The vendor for www.download.ubc.ca will be performing maintenance on June 14th from 04:00 to 07:00 PT. Users will be prompted with a notification stating that the Web Store is inaccessible. New downloads for Sophos Anti-Virus and Microsoft Office 365 will be unavailable during this time.
