We are still experiencing issues with FASmail. The issue affects those on Outlook 2016. FASmail is still accessible by going to to the https://mail.ubc.ca website. Technicians are still investigating.

We are presently experiencing UBC FASMail Outlook Client issues.  Users may not be able to connect or may be intermittently able to connect.  Technicians are aware of the issue and are investigating.
