UBC IT will be performing quarterly system maintenance on August 9 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. During this time CWL UI, Account Management, Grouper will be offline. AccessUBC will not provision accounts or entitilements from HR or Visitor repositories. Account creation, managements, password updates will not be available.
Quarterly system maintenance on August 10 will be from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 pm. During this time All (building) networks hosted on A1/L1 (see below). Networks that are dual-homed (indicated by HSRP-A1-L1) should experience continuous service. Single-homed networks will have no network connectivity for up to 2 hours while software is being upgraded.
VPN and call centres are also hosted on A1/L1. While VPN services are dual-homed and expected to continue uninterrupted, there is always a remote possibility of service disruption.
