Intermittent Telephone Service Issues on Hospital PBX March 12, 2013 09:55 PDT

UBC IT has identified intermittent issues impacting some telephone services on the Hospital PBX. These issues may include one-way audio, no audio, and/or no ring back when calling other numbers within UBC. Calls to/from external numbers and these affected Hospital PBX services appear to be functioning normally. UBC IT is investigating these issues.
