When this issue was resolved, messages received during the outage period should have been delivered to affected Blackberry devices. If your device has not received these messages, they will need to be resynchronized with the Blackberry Server. If your Blackberry is affected and you would like the messages delivered to your Blackberry device, please call the IT Service Centre at 604-822-2008.
