UBC systems continue to experience intermittent network issues. This has been affecting access to multiple services, including UBCSecure, myVPN and UBCPrivate, OLT websites, Elearning websites, UBC Library websites. We are continuing to investigate and monitor the affected systems to find the root cause of the issues. This bulletin will be updated as more information becomes available. Update on intermittent network issues September 11, 2012 – 10:45
A number of services were experiencing intermittent issues yesterday (including UBCSecure, myVPN and UBCPrivate, OLT websites, Elearning websites, UBC Library websites). Actions were taken to stabilize these services, meanwhile, we are continuing to investigate the root cause of the issues. Services have been stable all morning and we will continue close monitoring to support service availability.
