UBC systems are experiencing intermittent issues affecting access to issues to multiple services, including UBCSecure, myVPN and UBCPrivate. A number of services were experiencing intermittent issues yesterday (including UBCSecure, myVPN and UBCPrivate, OLT websites, Elearning websites, UBC Library websites). Actions were taken to stabilize these services, meanwhile, we are continuing to investigate the root cause of the issues. Services have been stable all morning and we will continue close monitoring to support service availability.
