UBC Telephone System Issue Update August 28, 2012 – 07:45

A system fault occurred on the Henry Angus PBX at 4:30pm on August 27th. This issue took phones services provided by Angus offline and created line noise on working telephone services. UBC IT has worked through the evening to restore service, however, some PBX issues may remain. We are aware of issues dialling inbound from off-campus to Angus phone numbers. UBC IT is continuing to work on Angus to address these issues; there is currently no estimated time for resolution
