Fraudulent Email Alert August 21, 2012

Fraudulent emails from UBC Enrolment Services reminding students to download and review academic documents have been reported. The email contains an attachment with a virus. UBC never initiates unsolicited requests for usernames, passwords or any other personal information, or processes academic material through unsecure means. Do not reply to this email, click on any links or download the included attachment. Instead, please forward a copy of the email including full headers to security@ubc.ca and then delete it from your Inbox or mobile phone. If you think you may have submitted your CWL or login account credentials, go to myAccount and login and change your password immediately. Please remember to notify security@ubc.ca of the possible temporary breach of your CWL account.
