Walter Gage Telephone Switch Issues – July 6, 2012 UPDATE

There are technical issues affecting the Walter Gage telephone switch. Technicians have been contacted and are currently investigating.

UPDATE 11:55 AM – The Gage PBX switch is completely offline, impacting telephone services to UBC Housing offices at Gage, UBC Conferences, and the West Coast suites. Telus technicians are currently investigating the issue.

UPDATE 4:12 PM – Local calling within the Gage PBX switch is now functioning for some phones. External calling to Gage is still not functional. Telus and UBC IT technicians are continuing to work on this issue.
