Fraudulent Email Alert May 18, 2012

Fraudulent emails purportedly from The University of British Columbia asking users to join an online forum have been reported. The email contains a link to a Google Docs document for further login information. UBC does not use Google Docs to provide any university and event information to the public. Do not reply to this email, click on any links or fill out any online forms with your account information. Instead, please forward a copy of the email including full headers to security@ubc.ca and then delete it from your Inbox or mobile phone. If you think you may have submitted your CWL or login account credentials, go to CWL myAccount. and login and change your password immediately. Please remember to notify security@ubc.ca of the possible temporary breach of your CWL account.
