Hospital Dialout Issue May 6, 2012, 09:00

User’s may experience a busy signal when attempting to dial out of the UBC Hosptial. This issue has been determined to be caused by a defective outbound call trunk. A temporary work-around has been put in place while this trunk gets repaired.

Telus was onsite to restore the faulty outbound trunk. The trunk is now back on service.
