Hospital PBX Caller ID Issue April 26, 2012 10:00 PT UPDATE

Over the next two weeks, Telus will be making modifications to the Hospital switch to address this issue. Subscribers may see caller ID start to work on 9316 phones, however, it may take some additional time before the message waiting light starts working as well.
