Exchange 2007 EAD domain issues accessing Outlook email client – 08:30 April 18, 2012 PT

There are isolated reports of issues affecting some Exchange 2007 users. The Email team has determined the cause of the issue and is investigating resolution options. This issue only affects Mercury Exchange 2007 users that are connected to the EAD domain (directly or via VDI). More information will be posted here soon. In the interim, affected users can continue to access their email using Exchange 2007 webmail at https://webmail.exchange.ubc.ca.
