Intermittent Connection Issues from Off-Campus Phone Numbers UPDATE 10:00 March 5, 2012

Off-campus users have reported intermittent issues dialing UBC numbers. The reported behaviors are:
•A system message stating “All circuits are busy”
•A fast-busy signal

If you encounter this issue, or it is reported to you, please contact 611 and indicate:
•The number calling (off-campus user)
•The number called at UBC
•The time that the issue occurred

UBC IT and vendor support continue to investigate this issue. Another update will be provided this afternoon.
