Some people with Exchange 2010 Unified Messaging voice mail are having issues accessing their voicemail this morning. UBC IT is currently investigating the problem, there is currently no estimated time of resolution.
UPDATE 12:11 PM: UBC IT Voice team are currently working on resolving this issue, however no time of resolution is available yet. If users are getting a “fast busy signal” when trying to access their voicemail, please try again in a few minutes. Some users have been able to connect successfully after a few tries.
