Resolved : The system wide issues concerning missing Media have been resolved.
The issue for users who were seeing a blank page when viewing the Media Gallery and Embedded media has been resolved.

Investigating : We are experiencing a systems outage with the video platform.
Areas of impact:
– Canvas: Media Gallery, Embedded media and My Media.
– Catalog: Media Gallery, Embedded media and My Media.
– Teaching & Learning Portal (learning.video.ubc.ca)
For instructors, a workaround is to create a canvas page. If you have your videos stored locally, use the Canvas Media tool. and place your videos on a page. If you need access to your latest lecture videos, please contact the LT Hub at: LT.Hub@ubc.ca. We apologize for the service disruption and will provide further updates once we get more details.
