myUBC WebMail Channel Problem January 5, 2008 *UPDATED*

Some users are experiencing problems accessing the WebMail channel on myUBC. They get an error message as follows:

Error: This channel failed to accept needed data
Refresh the Channel
Reboot the Channel

Even after trying these two options, the WebMail channel still returns the error message. To resolve this issue, the myUBC team have scheduled a restart of the myUBC service at 04:00 AM on Sunday morning, January 6, 2008. In the meantime, you can access your Interchange email by logging in to webmail.interchange.ubc.ca.
