Investigating : Please be advised that some users may be experiencing choppy voice call quality when receiving calls from Telus Mobility and Koodo Mobile lines. UBC IT technicians have escalated the issue to the vendor and are awaiting a resolution.
As a workaround, please attempt to obtain the phone number from the caller and place an outbound call to them. Outbound calls are not affected by the call quality issue
