Resolved : Please be advised that all FASmail and UBC Student Email users will have experienced email delivery delays between approximately December 31, 2021 17:00 PT and January 1, 2022 03:00 PT. This issue is affecting all on-premise Microsoft Exchange users globally and was due to a recent Microsoft update that broke mail delivery functionality when the new year arrived (in Greenwich Mean Time.) Technicians have discovered a workaround and have implemented this fix which has restored email delivery. Please note that queued messages will take some time to deliver.
