Resolved : The support team has reported that the UBC ServiceNow email notification issue has been resolved as of 20:00 PT.
Any additional comments sent to end users during the outage window (12:00 to 20:00 PT) will not be sent out retroactively and will require them to be sent again.

Investigating : UBC ServiceNow is currently experiencing email notification issues:
It has been identified that ServiceNow Incident emails were not being sent out as of 12pm today.
It has been partially corrected as of 3:15pm.
There are 2 remaining issues:
Email notifications for additional comment to end users are currently not going out.
Email notifications for Work notes to ticket assignees are not going out as well.
The support team is currently working with the vendor to resolve the remaining notification issues.
