RESOLVED : Users Unable to Access Files in Microsoft 365 Services โ€“ November 2, 2021 08:45 PT


Resolved : The issue accessing files within Microsoft 365 services has now been resolved. It has been advised by the vendor that users refresh their web browser and/or restart their app to see resolution.

Impacted services may have included, but weren’t limited to:
– OneDrive for Business and Microsoft 365 apps when attempting to open Excel files using an internet browser.
– Microsoft Teams when attempting to open Excel files within the Microsoft Teams client.

Investigating : Please be advised that users may be unable to access files in Microsoft 365 services. This affects files opened via Teams or the online versions of the Office suite. As a workaround, you can access these files through the application installed on your device. The vendor is aware of the issue and is actively working on it.
