Resolved : Issues with Outlook connectivity on PC and Mac has been resolved. As well, FASmail webmail connectivity has been resolved. Technicians will continue to monitor this issue.

Investigating : Issues with Outlook connectivity on PC and Mac has been resolved. However users may experience intermittent connectivity with FASmail webmail. The webmail service located at hxxps://mail.ubc.ca was previously used as a work-around for accessing emails.

Investigating : We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with FASmail Outlook and Edge Web Services.

Users may have troubles connecting to Outlook and EWS. As a temporary work-around to accessing your emails please use the webmail service located at “https://mail.ubc.ca”. For updates please visit “https://status.it.ubc.ca/incidents/v0qs2b88mc5b”.

UBC IT technicians are currently investigating the issue.
